John B. Williams is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of South Carolina, the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the District Court for the District of South Carolina and the District of Columbia. He has been a member of the South Carolina Bar Association since 1973. Williams served as a Circuit Court Judge for South Carolina from 1998-2002. He is a former member of the South Carolina House of Representatives (1988- 1992) and a former Assistant Solicitor for the Ninth Judicial Circuit.
Williams has been recognized by The Legal Network as one of the Top Lawyers in South Carolina-Highest in Ethical Standards and Professional Excellence. Williams served in Viet Nam with the U.S. Army was awarded the Army Commendation Medal with Valor. He is a 1968 graduate of Erskine College and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1973.
JAY HULST
Jay Hulst is admitted to practice in all the state and Federal courts of South Carolina, California, Iowa, and the District of Columbia. Prior to settling in the Low County, he practiced for 15 years in the San Francisco Bay area. He started with a large multi-practice law firm in San Francisco and then moved on to specialize in insurance coverage and business litigation in Silicon Valley and the East Bay.
Hulst earned his B.A. in Political Science from Iowa State University in 1984 and his law degree from the University of Iowa in 1987, both with academic distinction.
